To complete the volunteer form, you may either:
- Download it to your computer, fill it out digitally (if you have an editing software) and email it back to this address info@bakerviewmusic.ca.
- Download it to your computer, print off, complete the form, scan the filled-out form and email it back to this address info@bakerviewmusic.ca.
- If you have any challenges downloading the form, they can always be picked up in hardcopy at our office and complete it on site.
