My position officially started in January2018. I am getting used to my new surroundings and am thoroughly enjoyingbeing with the students and workingwith all the teachers and others that Ihave gotten to know so well in such ashort period of time.

When I first visited the Academy’s twoprograms I was very impressed withnot only the level of teaching going onwithin the Academy but also the careand general positive attitude of allthose involved – from volunteers, toassistants, teachers, administrator,program director and the Board itself.My wife and I were so encouraged by this organization making itpossible for students to receive excellent musical training for nocharge. I am getting to know the students and am very impressedwith their overall attitude toward learning at BMA. I look forward tomeeting more of the parents during the next year!
